Based on the description of the problem by our machine users (flexographic producers), and working together with the company, we have designed a vision system to control the reason that is winding up at all times. In this way, the system stops the machine and warns the operator when it detects that the reason of the material changes. The alarm can only be deleted when the operator exchanges the turret of the machine, forcing to rule out the work that was winding.
